Editor Collaboration & Support - Communicate with editors through written notes and video calls to clarify feedback and support revisions when needed.

Client Style Analysis - Analyze and maintain a clear understanding of each client’s technical specifications and creative style to ensure consistency across all their projects.

Deadline Management - Ensure all projects are reviewed and delivered on time without compromising quality.

Team Coaching & Development - Act as a mentor to editors by delivering constructive feedback, proposing tailored training opportunities, and helping team members improve their craft.

Continuous Improvement - Propose enhancements to internal workflows, the client experience, and the use of technology (including the Wanderlust digital platform) to improve the overall post-production process.

Data & Asset Management - Update internal editor and client records as needed. Maintain and share resources such as the “Clients Kit” and “Soundtracks Already Used” tracker to ensure alignment across the team.

Assignment Input - Provide thoughtful suggestions for editor assignment and reassignment based on performance, style fit, and capacity.

Final Delivery Oversight - Confirm all delivery requirements are met and that final project files are properly compiled and shared.
