JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Project Manager, you will lead projects by planning, organizing, and directing the editing team. Your main goal will be to assure that projects meet the established deadlines, reaching the company's quality standards and our client’s expectations.
Responsibilities include:

Facilitating communication and coordination among various teams within the company to efficiently manage projects.

Acting as a mediator between clients and the technical team, interpreting and communicating their needs and suggestions in English and Spanish.

Providing reassurance to clients by understanding their needs, meeting deadlines, and maintaining effective communication.

Supporting the technical team as a liaison with clients and ensuring proper compliance with delivery dates and requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bilingual proficiency in English is mandatory.

Relevant degrees: Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Translation, Audiovisuals, or related fields.

Previous experience as a client executive, customer service representative, or account manager.

Knowledge of project management, business, and Excel.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong management abilities.

Problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to meeting deadlines.

Self-management and planning capabilities.

Ability to work as a team and receive feedback.

Audiovisual acknowledgments are preferred but this is not a requirement.

CONDITIONS:
Job type: Temporary, 8 hours per day
Hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote.
Lunch included on office workdays.
Training provided by the company.
Vacation: 3 weeks.
